Greetings, I'm Natalia Mora, a woman, a mother, and an entrepreneur with a penchant for "closing deals in heels." Born in Colombia and currently residing in the Netherlands, my journey began as a teenage immigrant. Armed with an architectural degree, I dedicated over a decade to our own construction company alongside my ex-partner.

Post-divorce, the responsibility of caring for my four daughters led me to pivot my career towards becoming a home-stay mom. In search of a flexible path to financial stability, I founded "Rentals For Expats." Here, I seamlessly combined my network's property portfolios with my past renovation experience, creating a thriving business that benefited tenants, owners, and myself.

The success of "Rentals For Expats" prompted the birth of "Spain Real Estate," where I assisted Dutch clients in acquiring second homes and building investor portfolios in Spain. Amidst these ventures, I found time to coach others on real estate investments, fostering financial freedom and a more enjoyable life.

As a resilient woman and mother, I've faced life's challenges head-on, inspiring my greatest wish — to empower women in navigating their financial journey amidst a masculine world. This vision materialized in the form of the "Independent Women Foundation," a safe space supporting women in real estate investments in the Netherlands and beyond.

Believing in the strength derived from education and a supportive environment, I challenge the male-dominated landscape of real estate. Embracing my role as a Business Goddess, I guide others to create their own kingdoms proudly. Through the "Independent Women Foundation," we also engage in philanthropy, organizing events for charities like "The Forgotten Child" and "NEOS."

My entrepreneurial journey has taught me flexibility, evident in my shift to Dubai in 2020. Founding "Dubai Realty," I now serve as an advisor for those seeking second homes or investing in Dubai's burgeoning real estate market. Clients appreciate the depth of my knowledge and the comprehensive real estate plans I provide.
